I am delighted to announce an Open Call for Artists for our upcoming group exhibition "Layers of Emotions" at Ibrahim’s Khan Art Gallery, located in the cultural heart of Paphos.
This exhibition is an opportunity to celebrate the diverse talents of our artistic community and provide a vibrant platform for artists to share their work, connect with a wider audience, and be part of a collective celebration of creativity.
Participating artists will have the opportunity to showcase their work to a diverse audience while benefiting from dedicated promotional support, social media visibility, and exposure through the Municipality of Paphos’ cultural networks.
I, Elham Razani, a multidisciplinary Iranian artist with over two decades of artistic experience and an internationally exhibited portfolio, am honoured to lead Ibrahim’s Khan Art Gallery. With care and attention, I personally review and curate each submission to create a thoughtful and engaging exhibition.
Since 2024, I have curated and organized three successful group exhibitions at Ibrahim’s Khan Art Gallery, bringing together artists from different nationalities and artistic backgrounds. Collectively, these exhibitions have welcomed more than 2,000 visitors, who have experienced a diverse range of artworks, creative approaches, and artistic perspectives.
We welcome submissions from artists working across a variety of mediums, including oil painting, abstract art, mixed media, sculpture, ceramics, mosaic, and more. Artists of all backgrounds and experience levels are encouraged to apply, from established professionals to emerging artists.
I look forward to discovering new artistic voices, welcoming artists to the gallery, and creating another inspiring exhibition together.
Entry Fee: Accepted artists will pay a fee of €50 to cover administrative cost to run the exhibition in Addition a15% commission will apply to art works sold during the exhibition.
Note: There will be no refunds after registration for any reason, as this allows me to dedicate my time to reviewing all applications.
Required:

Up to 3 high-quality images of your artwork (JPEG or PDF). One or two paintings will be selected.

Maximum size of each painting: 100 cm width.
Deadline: Submissions must be received by 10th October.
Notification: Accepted artists will be notified by email on 13th October.
Artwork Delivery: Selected artists are required to deliver their artwork to Ibrahim Khan Art Gallery or to Elham Razani Art Studio only on 16th October or 17th October between 10:30 am and 17:00 pm. Please plan in advance, for delivery.
Exhibition Dates: The exhibition will run from 22th to 24th October, with the opening reception on 22th October at 18:30.
Gallery Hours: 23th–24th October: 10:00–13:30 and 15:30–17:30.
Exhibition Location
Paphos, Old Town, Constantinou Kanari 40 Ibrahim Khan Art Gallery 8010 (Hani).
Artwork Collection: Exhibitors are requested to collect their artwork Saturday 24th October at 18:30 (The same evening the exhibition is finished or on 26th October from 10:30 to 16:00.
