We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the purchase price.
- Damaged or defective items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers should be able to exchange it for a new, undamaged one.
- Wrong item received: Customers may receive the wrong item due to an error in packaging or shipping, and should be able to exchange it for the correct item.
Should an original painting be damage during shipping: Despite proper packaging and handling, there is always a chance that an original painting may be damaged during shipping. If the painting is damaged during shipping, the customer may request an exchange for another painting. On receipt of the damaged painting, we asked that the customer send us pictures of the painting within 3 days of receiving their order in order to verify the damage and process an insurance claim.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item(s) were damaged or defective upon receipt.
To initiate a refund on your returned item(s), please follow these steps:
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that you wish to return the item(s).
- Returned item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, including all paperwork associated with the purchase of the item(s), parts, and accessories.
- All products must be returned in good condition and not have been used to ensure full credit.
- We will send you the address to where to return the item(s), once you have provided us with your email address.
- Exchanges will be allowed where there is a direct exchange for another item(s) of the same type and price.
- Exchanges will not be allowed for any original artwork or custom produced work for customers, unless the artwork was damaged during shipping.
We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item(s) you are returning are received. We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during shipping.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a refund within 7-30 days, this may take longer as the processing time by the bank is out of our control. It may take longer to process the return during peak times such as holidays or sales.
The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please note, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software product.
- Items that were custom ordered will not be eligible to be returned unless you can show there has been a genuine damage to the item prior to receiving it.
- Items that are of a high value will be insured prior shipping to safe guard you the customer from any losses that may occur.
