Group Art Exhibition "Path of Becoming" 24th -26th October 2025

1) Artist Name: Andrie Photiou
I studied graphic design and ran my own advertising agency for ten years. Yet, my need to create led me to explore new paths. Traveling abroad and experiencing art in many forms, I found myself drawn to ceramics, a medium that immediately captured my heart.
As a self-taught artist, I devoted myself fully to ceramics, giving myself the freedom to explore and express. I discovered that working with earth and water is a unique experience: simple natural elements come together to create something alive, something that carries the touch of both nature and human hands. Each piece becomes a small journey, a meeting of material, imagination, and patience.
My work is inspired by movement and lines, shaped by the shapes and forms I see in the natural world. I am fascinated by the way curves, textures, and rhythms in nature can guide the hand and the mind. Through ceramics, I find a way to connect with the world and with myself, turning clay and water into objects that are both personal and universal. Every piece reflects the quiet energy of nature, the beauty of simplicity, and the joy of creation.

Art has always been a quiet presence in my life, a way to slow down, observe, and express what words cannot. While working for over two decades in the corporate world, painting developed alongside my life as a space of freedom, spontaneity, and imperfection. I work primarily with acrylics, charcoal, inks, pastels, and collage, layering materials to reflect the depth and complexity of feelings.
I enjoy experimenting with materials and letting the process lead me. My colors are vibrant and emotional, and my lines flow naturally without strict form. Through this freedom, I try to express the depth and complexity of emotions, sometimes abstract, sometimes more defined, always honest. Travel has been a profound source of inspiration. Each journey has shown me the beauty of human connection, cultural diversity and how universal emotions truly are. These impressions often find a way into my work, reflecting emotions that go beyond words. Rooted in the light, warmth, and landscapes of Cyprus, I find inspiration in everyday life, nature, and the people I love. My art is a celebration of shared human experiences, resilience, and the quiet joys that connect us all.

"Nostalgic Persian House"
(Memory from my Childhood)
Artist Name: Elham Razani
Title: Nostalgic Persian House (memory from my childhood)
Medium: 3D on Canvas
Size: 85x126 cm
Year Created: (Four Months to Create) 2025
Price: €9500
Nationality: Iranian
Description: No wood, no metal, and no added materials, every element in this piece is handmade directly on canvas. I first built the structure by hand, layer by layer, before beginning to paint. I developed this technique in 2017, and ever since, I’ve been creating old Persian doors that carry the charm and soul of traditional homes.
In Persian culture, every door tells a story. Each one has two knockers, one for men and one for women, each producing a distinct sound so people inside would know who was visiting. When both were used together, it meant a family was arriving to celebrate, bringing warmth and joy to the home.
This painting is filled with memories from my childhood: large family houses with courtyards, fountains in the center, and fruit trees, grapes, chestnuts, pomegranates. I remember placing watermelons, oranges and apples in the cool fountain water to serve guests after they arrive, a sign of Persian hospitality and love.
The bricks in old Persian homes were simple yet artistic, one type of brick arranged at different angles to create beautiful designs. Nostalgic Persian House is a tribute to respect, family, and the timeless beauty of Persian life.

"Window to Tranquility"
Artist Name: Elham Razani
Title: Window to Tranquility
Medium: 3D on Canvas
Size: 76x65 cm
Year Created: (Three Months to Create) 2025
Price: €6800
Nationality: Iranian
Description: No wood, no metal, every part of this piece is handmade directly on canvas. I first built the structure by hand, layer by layer, before beginning to paint. This 3D technique gives life to the open window, inviting the viewer to step closer and feel the world beyond it.
The window is half-open, as if caught in a gentle moment waiting for someone to push it wider and discover what lies beyond. It gives a sense of anticipation, a quiet invitation to take action and embrace what’s on the other side.
When I created this work, I imagined sitting before this window in real life, looking out at the calm blue sea, feeling the soft breeze on my face. I could almost hear the sound of waves, smell the salt in the air, and picture myself reading a book, sipping coffee, or sharing a peaceful moment with my soulmate. Window to Tranquility is about peace, presence, and the beauty of slowing down to truly see and feel life.

7) Artist Name: Ellada Amvrosiadou
www.instagram.com/elliamvrosiaart
My art unfolds through symbols, recurring motifs, sacred forms, and layered imagery that evoke stories beyond the visible. I use visual metaphor to explore notions of identity, transformation, and the tension between the inner and outer self. Each work is a symbolic ritual, where color, shape, and texture carry meaning, acting like keys to hidden or subconscious truths. I draw from myth, archetypes, and symbolic languages, weaving references that are both personal and universal. The shape of a figure, the gesture of a hand, the interplay of light and shadow, these become more than compositional tools: they are carriers of resonant emotional energy. Through symbolic representation, my paintings become threshold spaces, inviting the viewer to pause, reflect, and discover layers of meaning. My process is intuitive yet deliberate: I consider composition, the balance among elements, and the way symbols converse; but I also leave room for ambiguity. In that space, meaning shifts and opens, allowing each viewer to bring their own perspective. Ultimately, I hope my symbolic works become mirrors: outward forms that reflect inward ideas.

8) Artist Name: Enza Berni
After a lifetime of work in a completely different sector, I gave vent to my creativity and the artistic studies I had done in my city: Milan, at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts. But, only with the serenity of the island of Cyprus, I have rediscovered my aptitudes: dexterity and creativity.
My artistic thought is directed towards the female figure, sometimes unreal, grotesque but funny with sibylline attitudes and dressed only with small accessories. I love modeling the Gargoyles of Notre Dame de Paris with their devilish expressions.
Today the sea is my inspiration, combining my two passions: Painting and Sculpture I have created three-dimensional paintings.

9) Artist Name: Gabriel Dandan
https://www.gabrieldandan.com/
Gabriel Dandan, a self-taught artist who was exposed to diversity of many cultures, spent his childhood in South America, followed by his teen years in Beirut, Lebanon. Due to the unrest in the country, he immigrated to the United States, where he spent a long period of his life. However, with his eventual return to the Middle East, once again he devoted his time to painting. He visited Cyprus frequently, where he held several exhibitions in Paphos from 2007 – as a solo artist, with the Open Studio and with other artists. The diverse culture he experienced during his travels, inspired and enriched his imagination, which is reflected in the wide variety of scenes. Gabriel started his artistic career working on a variety of surfaces with oils, the change to acrylics on his return to the Middle East. Later on in 2010, due to injury, once again he changed his medium and started painting with pastel, water, oil pencils and ink, which he was able to do sitting down with magnificent results. As he once said: I find the infinity subtlety of colours fascinating, whether in city markets, during seasonal changing in the countryside, in the mood of the sea or the character of harbours and boats. It is a constant challenge to capture this in my paintings.
Regrettably, Gabriel passed away in 2016 after a long battle with Cancer.

10) Artist Name: Jamie Jones
https://www.instagram.com/just.jamie.jones
My paintings celebrate “brattitude”: the fearless confidence of childhood where optimism itself is a super power. Through children dressed as superheroes and comic-book icons, I explore how imagination once allowed us to believe we could
be anything. As adults, these works invite you to reconnect with that inner child, to reflect on the courage and defiance we once carried, and to channel that same confidence into how we navigate life today.
"Brat-Girl"
Artist Name: Jamie Jones
Title: Brat-Girl
Medium: Oil on canvas
Size: 70x100x3.5 cm
Year Created: 2025
Price: €3450
Nationality: British
Description: Brat-Girl is attitude on canvas. She is painted with the same seriousness that a Renaissance master might give to a saint, but here the subject is a kid chewing on defiance and possibility. I use the weight of oil paint and light to lift an everyday child into something iconic, giving her presence that outlives the fleeting moment of play. Within Path of Becoming, this work speaks to the raw confidence we carry as children before the world tells us otherwise.
Brattitude is not just a pose. It is a reminder that optimism can be a weapon, and that imagination is the first step in shaping who we become. This work is part of my ongoing Playtime Mafia series, which explores childhood imagination, resilience, and identity through contemporary portraiture.

"Brat-Man"
Artist Name: Jamie Jones
Title: Brat-Man
Medium: Oil on canvas
Size: 70x100 x 3.5 cm
Year Created: 2023
Price: €3450
Nationality: British
Description: Brat-Man carries a weight that feels older than his years. His stance is full of brooding and quiet defiance, echoing the angst and contemplation we associate with Batman himself. The figure is treated with solemnity, as if childhood play has become a study in identity and myth. In the context of Path of Becoming, this work reflects how cultural icons shape the way children rehearse adulthood. Batman has always been more than a hero. He is a symbol of resilience forged through loss, a shadowy figure who fights from the margins. Brat-Man borrows that aura, standing as both a playful mimicry and a profound moment of becoming, an image of how even make-believe can carry timeless significance. This work is part of my ongoing Playtime Mafia series, which explores childhood imagination, resilience, and identity through contemporary portraiture.

Later as a mature student, I took a course in Public art, and attended a private school in France learning from the model in the classical style. And now in my twilight years I intend to devote my time to continuing my artistic journey. Every day is a new learning day.

The love of art has been with me from my earliest years at school. Painting and experimenting with mediums made my artistic journey ever more interesting. Of course, we are also not short of inspiration. The beautiful world we inhabit is often subject to forces that are beyond our control, thus, exasperation or pure wonder is often the driving force beyond my work .
I can express anger, sadness or joy in equal measures. Our life is precisely like that. As an observer and a small particle in universe my efforts are tiny contributions to a much greater picture.

16) Artist Name: Lennart Rohlfing
https://www.instagram.com/1elf_media
I am a multidisciplinary artist with a background in Product and Communication Design. My path has always been about exploration, shifting between digital design, photography, film, and handcraft to find new ways of seeing and creating. Over time, I was drawn back to the physical to materials that hold memory, texture, and imperfection.
Today, I merge cultural reflection with painting and experimental techniques, often working with recycled elements that speak of transformation and renewal. For me, art lives in evolution in the dialogue between craft, technology, and emotion, where something once ordinary becomes alive again.

A self-taught artist, I have been drawing since childhood , translating emotions, memories, and silence into color. My art is born from intuition and reflection, often exploring the fragile space between reality and dreams. Though I hold a Master’s degree, my heart has always belonged to painting. In 2019, I began studying art therapy, working with children with special needs and discovering art’s power to heal and connect. Since 2020, I have continued to refine my craft under the mentorship of Dutch artist Tatyana An.
My works have been shown in numerous group exhibitions: Metaphysical Perspectives (Stefano Sichel Transvisionism Art Gallery, Italy, 2022); I Am Ukrainian (Vasylkivskyi Museum, Kyiv, 2023); Peace. War. Victory. Peace. (Kyiv, 2023); Monte-Carlo Rally 2024 (Gambrani Art Gallery & Cultural Center of Ukraine, Kyiv); Venezia in Maschera (Palazzo Pisani Revedin, Venice, Italy, 2024); and Try the thing Glass (Art&Shock Gallery, 2025), and athers..
My paintings are held in private collections in Ukraine, Australia, Egypt, Germany, Italy, Ireland, and Cyprus, carrying with them traces of warmth.

I am a Serbian-born artist living in Cyprus. My early passion for art led me to train under several renowned Serbian artists in classic painting, drawing, and stained glass. In 2008, I made the bold decision to leave my career as a qualified nurse to fully pursue my art. My compositions are vibrant and energetic, exploring the intricate interplay of color, form, and texture through a spontaneous and intuitive process that prioritizes instinct over rigid planning.
My true passion lies in abstract painting, where I enjoy exploring new techniques and mediums to express my thoughts and feelings through dynamic works, often influenced by the music I listen to while creating. Art is a way of life for me, a never-ending source of inspiration and energy that drives me forward.

Description: Crazy is a visual response to the haunting energy and emotional tension of Gnarls Barkley's iconic song. The painting captures the feeling of unraveling and revelation through bold contrasts of deep purples, electric yellows, and raw textures. Layers of pattern, drips, and chaotic marks mirror the inner conflict between clarity and confusion, sanity and surrender. This piece is not just about losing control, it’s about the freedom and insight that can come from it. Through movement, texture, and rhythm, Crazy explores the beauty in breakdown and the strange calm found within the storm.

Year Created: 2024

Description: This series explores the emotional terrain of breaking free from toxic connections. “Unfriended” and “Unfriended Again” are visual responses to the repeated cycle of betrayal, realization, and release. Through layers of chaotic color, fragmented marks, and abrupt shifts in form, I express the dissonance between hope and harm, clarity and confusion.
The bold textures and recurring motifs reflect the echoes of pain—while the bright, defiant gestures symbolize reclaiming power and identity. These works are about ending what was never truly nurtured, and finding strength in the act of letting go.
21) Artist Name: Marleen Lorek

My name is Marleen. I've been living near Paphos, Cyprus for about three years now. I grew up in Germany. I was really active as a kid - played volleyball on a team for years. In my teens I got into music, and later started messing around with digital design and graphics. I didn't really start painting until my early twenties. I was looking for something where I could just step away from everything for a bit and process what was going on in my head. Now art is a big part of my life.
I work mostly with acrylics and mix in all sorts of materials - texture paste, fabric, paper, glass, whatever feels right. I don't plan my paintings much. They just happen based on whatever I'm feeling or thinking about. I get a lot of inspiration from being outside, especially near water. Music too. I usually paint with music on and let it influence where the painting goes. I don't want my work to feel heavy or demanding. I'd rather people take their time with it and find their own connection to it. Maybe it reminds them of something, or they just like looking at it. That's enough for me. I think art should add something to a space, not just fill a wall.

The textures create movement even though the overall feeling is peaceful. It's about finding that quiet place where you can just be who you are.

22) Artist Name: Stefanie Will

From an early age I was fortunate to experience the artistic influence of my mother.
My mother, Marianne Will, was not only a strong role model for me; I also benefited from her energy, creativity, and passion for sculpture, painting, and many other artistic pursuits. She transformed our kitchen into her studio as often as possible. There were endless moments of “flow” in which art emerged.
Energy connects me to my inner, emotional–spiritual world as well as to the larger universe. Now that my four children have embarked on their own lives, that energy flows into my paintings more than ever.
As inspiration, I draw on the spiritual diversity of life and nature, especially the ocean, which I explore through diving and freediving as often and as long as possible. And, of course, my encounters with people, their individuality and ways of being, continue to spark new impulses for my artistic work and my own development.
With my artwork, I aim not only to inspire viewers and lead them out of everyday life into a world of artistic diversity, but also to create space for individual interpretation and joy. I am fully confident, and intend, that my art brings positive energy and vibrations into the world.

24) Artist Name: Tulip
Welcome to the World of Tulip.
I was born in Iran, in the quiet after the storm, a child of revolution, wrapped in whispers of change. My parents said I would be a revolutionary woman not with weapons, but with wonder, color, and truth.
Art runs through my family’s veins. My father, a painter and sculptor, my first teacher. My mother, whose songs could soften the world. Even when we fled our homeland, we carried art in our bones.
We crossed forests and rivers; I almost drowned once, but I did not. I learned to swim, to float, to rise. Water, once my fear, became my language. You’ll find it in my paintings, oceans of color, movement that whispers of healing.
My journey has shaped me from refugee to dreamer, from mixologist to artist. Now I create not from pain, but from power. My art moves, breathes, and speaks in silence.
I paint from joy, from resilience, from the belief that beauty grows from what was once broken. Art, to me, is remembering a return to ourselves.
This is more than a gallery. It’s a journey.
Because in my world, art isn’t just what I do it’s why I’m still here.

My name is Yeseniia Havrylova, and my artistic pseudonym is SenHava. I work in graphic art. I have been drawing since I was four years old, it is my way of self-expression. I came from Ukraine to Cyprus after the beginning of the war. Art helps me not to lose myself, even when everything around me is changing.
My works often seem unnatural because I want to show that drawing is not limited to the reality we see and the rules we are used to following. I choose graphics on paper because it is honest and simple, just a line and a thought. For me, it is important to go beyond the familiar and to create my own world, the way I feel it.
